Return Policy

It is guaranteed that our products will meet every customer's needs. Please read the content as follows. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for some reason, we will be willing to return or change the products for you, or get you a refund.

1. Return Policy for Tungsten Items:

1).Quality Issues:

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

For items arrived faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 30 days of delivery, we will dispatch new items as soon as possible after the faulty items have been returned. Faulty items must be returned in original condition and buyer is responsible for the return postage fee. Please take note of the following:

All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging. For faster service, please include a copy of your packing slip and write down your reasons.

Buyer is responsible for the return postage fee and insurance of all returns and exchanges.

It is important to declare your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, and also $1 as the commercial value.

Please allow 10 business days to process your returns or exchanges.

We reserves right to refuse any returns or exchanges for any reasons.

2).Non Quality Issues:

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Fine Product that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Fine Product must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. We will not accept refund after 30 days of delivery.

2.Return Policy for Other Items (the items are not made of Tungsten Carbide):

1).Quality Issues:

If a product has quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, nutral-procducts.info will be responsible for exchanging your item. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product as soon as possible. Quality problems caused by manufacturing include such things as motherboard damage, screen damage, accessories damage, malfunctioning buttons.

2).Non Quality Issues:

(1). If the customer chose Free Shipping Service and wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 85% the full price (15% will be withheld to cover the shipping fee). We will not accept refund after 7 days of delivery.

(2). If the customer chose Express Shipping Service and wish to return an item for non quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will only return the price of items ($19.99 is the fee of express shipping, will be not refunded). We will not accept refund after 7 days of delivery.

Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.

3. Exchanges

If you don't like your purchase, you may either exchange the ring for a new sizes or new style based on the rings without laser engraving, we can accept and make the new one to you, but the buyer is responsible for the return postage fee and resending shipping fee.
